SODAVEX is very pleased to welcome Yves Dulude
It is with great pride and pleasure that SODAVEX announces that Yves Dulude is joining the firm’s team of professionals as shareholder.
His arrival at SODAVEX is a natural one, considering the similarity and complementarity of his experience with that of the firm’s founder and long-time accomplice Christine Duchaine. They are uniting their vision to bring modernity to the practice of law, with the goal of fostering a healthy and pleasant work environment and to provide advice based on concrete and innovative solutions.
Recognized for his expertise across the country, Yves had been a partner in a major Montreal law firm for over 30 years. He represents government-owned entities, oil and mining companies, insurers, as well as franchisors, and real estate owners.
Yves is a prominent figure in the Canadian legal field; having acted for many years for both the federal and provincial governments, including as chief negotiator in matters relating to indigenous claims. He is also a specialist in urgent proceedings such as injunction applications; he has intervened in over 200 cases including some of the most important cases in Quebec. He has also developed an in-depth knowledge of the issues related to natural environments, and a marked interest in the water sector.
A seasoned litigator and skilled negotiator, Yves practices in the areas of administrative, commercial, and real estate law. He will now work in collegiality with the entire SODAVEX team, thus enhancing and deepening the expertise offered.
The entire SODAVEX team joins Christine in giving him a warm welcome.
