Sodavex at the forefront of an ambitious residential agreement

Sodavex is proud to represent District Atwater in this historic agreement that resolves a dispute allowing the construction of 520 residential units, of which 20% will be affordable and 10% will be family-oriented, on a part of the land.

The city of Montreal will be able to build 200 social housing units on the other.

The project will be located at the intersection of Hickson and Bannantyne in the Verdun borough.

Our founder, Me Christine Duchaine, representing District Atwater, congratulates all parties involved for their valuable contribution to reaching this, as she describes, all-around favorable agreement, as the resulting residential project will certainly be a source of pride for the Verdun borough by combining social diversity and sustainable development, values ​​that are dear to Sodavex.
