Karim-Étienne Bennis
He has a keen interest in dispute prevention and resolution; he favors a proactive approach in his analyses, so as to anticipate potential issues and determine the best solutions for his clients.
Career
Karim-Étienne began his career in the environmental field when he was brought in to accompany a mining company in the development of a project. He has also accompanied clients for various major projects in Québec, particularly in the context of the relations to be developed with communities and stakeholder consultation. It is this experience that motivated him to pursue a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Karim-Étienne completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2021, after having completed a major in political science at the same university in 2018.
Karim-Étienne assists the firm’s clients, particularly in civil, regulatory and statutory litigation, in addition to collaborating on strategic guidance and social acceptability files in the context of project development.
